Originally from the GTA, Dr. Chanchlani completed her Family Medicine residency in Prince George, BC and has previously been working in Brampton for 4 years prior to joining Cadence. . She enjoys the wide breadth of challenges and opportunities for care  in Family Medicine, and she is excited about building a family practice in Toronto.  She adopts a collaborative approach and partners with her patients to help them reach their desired health goals.

Dr. Kennedy graduated in medicine from University College Dublin, Ireland. Shortly after graduation I spent some time in working in Australia, as a house officer. I then moved to Cambridge, United Kingdom, and completed my family medicine training.

Dr. Chike Nwamadu


With a keen interest in providing care that respects the patient’s preferences, needs and
values, Dr. Chike Nwamadu has worked extensively in various family practice settings in the
The United Kingdom since qualifying for the membership of the Royal College of General
Practitioners (MRCGP) in the UK.
He also has special interests in other subspecialties having obtained additional qualifications
including a postgraduate diploma with distinction in Clinical Dermatology from the Queen
Mary University of London.
Other qualifications include a diploma of the faculty of sexual and reproductive health
(DFSRH) UK and certificates in the management of substance misuse and practical
palliative care.
His patients describe him as thorough, friendly and professional.

Tara Andresen, ND


Board-certified Naturopathic Doctor who has been practicing in Toronto for over 9 years.  Passionate about helping people improve their health and effectively supports the healing of acute and chronic digestive issues, acute and chronic pain management, skin concerns, chronic fatigue, menstrual irregularities, mood & anxiety concerns and boosting the immune system.  Her patients love her multi-faceted approach, which includes the use of Nutritional Supplementation, Herbal Medicine, Dietary Changes, Lifestyle Modifications, Vitamin Injections and Dry Needling Acupuncture.
